Why is it that we never seem to have the time to do all the things that we need to do?
Sometimes it feels like there aren’t enough hours in the day and, as soon as another demand is placed on you, the first thing to go is the time the time and space you’ve put aside for yourself.
It’s so easy for your mind to justify what something else is more important than space and time for you.
I’ve discovered, through trial and error, that if you want to live a happy and fulfilling life you have to place importance on being in your life, and creating time and space for yourself; this can be as simple as making time for regular exercise, reading a book, or meeting with friends.
Take responsibility for your own life and make space for yourself to really live; everything else can be placed in order of importance after this.
This way you’ll feel happier and what you need to do within your life will feel easier and more fulfilling: all because you’ve made space for you!
