Once your First Appointment is booked in, I will send you an online form to complete. It’s in depth and will take you the best part of 1 hour. This helps me understand you and your universe before we begin- extremely helpful if you’re looking to feel better or get clearer quickly.

When our time comes round, I’ll call you, or if your preference is Zoom, join our meeting at our appointment time and I’ll meet there.

I know some of you will be super excited to see me and that’s great! I also know how nerve-wracking it can be for others. I respect the courage and vulnerability it takes to start this process and I take the quality of our relationship seriously. 

My style is warm, and encouraging and I like to have fun during our time together, as appropriate. I love what I do and you’re likely to feel this.

I started performance coaching in 1998 not long after graduating from Edinburgh University. Initially trained in coaching by my retail employer, I was tasked to turn around a woefully underperforming department. We achieved such a turnaround that I was sent to other failing departments to prevent closures. This was pure performance coaching, not Life Coaching. 

When I joined the pharmaceutical industry, I received my first Life Coaching session.
I was hooked. I continued to study coaching privately but didn’t formally coach another until 2004.

I was working in a private GP clinic as an Energetic Healer. 

When I moved back into coaching, it wasn’t Performance Coaching but a curious niche called, ‘Psycho-Energetic Coaching’ that allowed me to both listen and pay attention to what happened in someone’s energy field when they spoke. (This works like an inner blockbusting guide to where we need to go to help move you forward, raise your vibration, heal, and feel happier).

Despite the fact I knew what I was doing, nobody else knew what a “Psycho-Energetic Coach” was except me, and a few hundred people equally intrigued in all things scientific, energetic, and consciousness-based at ISSSEEM (International Society for the Study of Subtle Energy and Energy Medicine). 

So, when people began to call me their ‘Life Coach’, ‘Transformational Life Coach’ or ‘Spiritual Life Coach’, I began to study and changed my title.

My first formal performance coaching course was in 1998 and my last was a Certificate IV in Life Coaching in 2017. I continue to study. I will till I die.

Coaching has come a long way throughout my career. In the early 2000s, Life Coaching was all vision boards and wishful thinking. It’s different now; there are even post-grad courses in Coaching in niche Universities, as the educational market responded to the explosion.

Throughout this, I have been happily and successfully working with spiritually minded people for a long time just like you, get conscious, get clear, and get connected.

EVERY spiritually minded person can connect, create a state of flow, and open-up to the greatness within. By greatness, I don’t mean outer, worldly greatness.

Not everyone can win gold medals, become billionaires, or cure world hunger. 

I mean inner greatness. 

Like a fingerprint, you are utterly unique. Never to be replicated.  Your life is precious. What’s inside is precious. 

When you connect to yourself and learn to flow with yourself, you can embrace that greatness within and fulfill your purpose.

And when you build a life around that inner greatness, success, fulfillment, meaning, happiness is yours.

It takes courage, even audacity, to stop and look inside; to take the gift of your life seriously, explore who you are, find your voice, and stand up for what you believe in. 

But you can embrace that greatness, and become your hero if you will, in the short time you have on earth.

That requires facing fears, insecurities, doubt, negative self-talk, going to places you don’t want to go, harmonising your past, and rising to surmount it all. 

You can’t do that alone. You need someone who can hold space for you. Someone independent. Someone who knows what they’re doing and someone who is the ‘right’ someone for you.

Self-realization, dreams coming true, happiness, fulfillment, next chapter, adventure, engagement, oneness with life maybe even oneness with the Universe; you can’t put a price on that.

And when you are connected to who you are, your transformation, your evolution, is easier than you may think.

I know this to be the truth. By professionally walking alongside those who have done it, and because I’ve personally done it too.

I grew up a sensitive and alienated child in a chaotic and dysfunctional family that didn’t understand me and was incapable of supporting me in the ways that mattered. 

I was bullied as a child and depressed and suicidal as a teenager. 

I spent a decade of my life unwell and unable to function due to ill health. Loss, illness, deep betrayal, abandonment, isolation, I’ve known them well. 

And I know what’s possible- joy, happiness, fulfillment, success, and meaning.

Whether you’re experiencing personal hell, bewilderment, meh, or pleading to the Universe that, ‘There’s got to be more!’, let me tell you- THERE IS! 

Don’t let anything or anyone stop you from finding that out for yourself.

I'm classically spiritual rather than religious. But whatever frameworks or beliefs you have (or don't have!) are respected. Always.
